Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a physician’s referral to see a physiotherapist?

Physiotherapists are primary health care professionals; therefore, you do NOT need a physician’s referral to see one of our physios. However, your extended benefits plan may require you to submit a doctor’s referral in order to get reimbursed for your physiotherapy session…

Does the BC Medical Plan (MSP) pay for my treatment?

We can check and see if you qualify for MSP coverage (based on income). If you’re eligible, then MSP will cover a portion of your visit.

Is your clinic wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we are located on the ground level and have an accessible washroom for your convenience.

What should I bring to my visit?
